Data protection

A visit to our website can result in the storage on our server of information about the access (date, time, page accessed). This does not represent any analysis of personal data (e.g., name, address or e-mail address). If personal data are collected, this only occurs – to the extent possible – with the prior consent of the user of the website. Any forwarding of the data to third parties without the express consent of the user shall not take place.
We would like to expressly point out that the transmission of data via the Internet (e.g., by e-mail) can offer security vulnerabilities. It is therefore impossible to safeguard the data completely against access by third parties. We cannot assume any liability for damages arising as a result of such security vulnerabilities.
The use by third parties of all published contact details for the purpose of advertising is expressly excluded. We reserve the right to take legal steps in the case of the unsolicited sending of advertising information; e.g., by means of spam mail.

Rights of data subjects

We hereby inform you that, in accordance with Article 15 ff. of the GDPR and under the conditions defined therein, you have the right to information about your personal data, as well as to rectify or delete or restrict the processing of your data, and you furthermore have a right to object to the processing and transfer of data. You also have the right, under Article 77 of the GDPR, to lodge a complaint with a data protection regulatory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violated the GDPR. If the processing is based on Article 6 Para. 1 (a) of the GDPR or Article 9 Para. 2 (a) of the GDPR (consent), you also have the right to revoke your consent at any time without affecting the legality of the processing that took place up to the time your consent was revoked.

Right to information, Art. 15 GDPR
You have the right to request information about whether and to what extent your personal data will be processed (in particular the processing purpose, recipient of the data, duration of storage etc.).
Right to rectification of data, Art. 16 GDPR You have the right to request correction of your stored data if it is incorrect or incomplete. This includes the right for your data to be completed/corrected through supplementary statements or communications.
Right to deletion of data, Art. 17 GDPR You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. This is possible, for example, if the data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or if the data is to be deleted due to legal obligations. In individual cases, however, this right may be excluded.
Right to restriction of processing, Art. 18 GDPR You have the right to restrict the processing of your personal data. This is possible, for example, if your data is incorrectly recorded or if the data processing is unlawful. If the processing is restricted, the data may be processed only in narrowly defined cases.
Right to data transferability, Art. 20 GDPR You have the right to demand that the data concerning you be returned to you or to a person appointed by you in a standard electronic, machine-readable data format, if you have provided this data yourself.
Right to object, Art. 21 GDPR You have the right, for reasons arising from your particular situation, to object to the processing of personal data concerning you at any time with future effect, provided that the processing of the data serves to protect legitimate interests (see Article 6 Para. 1 e), f) of the GDPR). If you object, it will be verified whether the legal requirements for the processing of your data are in place and, if they are not in place, no further processing of your data will be undertaken.
Right to complain to the regulatory authorities, Art. 77 GDPR You have the right to contact the competent regulatory authority of the European Union or the member states at any time in the event of possible violations of data protection regulations.
Change of our privacy policy We reserve the right to change this privacy policy from time to time to keep it continually abreast of legal requirements or to implement any changes to our services in the privacy policy, e.g. when introducing new services. Your new visit will then be subject to the new privacy policy.
